Death Metal with "Brutality", Technicality, and the occasional Melodies in the the guitar work, and some epic solos. Layered demonic/evil sounding vocals that are somewhat understandable, no piggy squeals or broken toilet sounding gutturals. Satanic/anti-religious lyrics would be nice but it doesn't matter.

I've already heard of the obvious ones like Deicide, Immolation, Incantation, Aeon, and Hate Eternal, but they are not quit like Vital Remains (it doesn't have to be exactly like Vital Remains). Also, I should mention that I'm not really looking for Blackened Death Metal, but if you know of any good Blackened Death Metal bands that are not well known I would like to hear about them. And I know people are going to mentioned them anyway so better get them out of the way: Behemoth, Hate, Goatwhore, Belphergor, Azarath, Angelcorpse, God Dethroned, Zyklon, Akercocke, Krisiun, Necrophobic .
