Goregrind has a lot of this... my personal favorite is Gruesome Malady.
I'm not really... sure of the lyrics... but they seem to have some kind of movie samples or something, sounding pretty horror-esque.

Another I guess is Blue Holocaust.
The album "Twitch of the Death Nerve" is based on giallo movies.
