No, no they are not.
They are the absolute worst deathcore has to offer.
I'm gonna have to assume this guy didn't read my first post and many after it about how I hate core music with a fucking passion.
That kind of shit kills me.
Like come on, read the previous posts or even the title of the topic before making a rec.

Hey, if you don't like them that's fine, I think they fucking kick ass and know plenty of other metal heads who agree.

I was just throwing them out there as a possible suggestion.

And by the way, this site lists them as BOTH a "deathcore" band and a "technical death metal band" and I personally think they are more of the latter.

But enjoy being a metal elitist and thinking your opinion is superior to others, it's fun isn't it?

Uh, they're far more deathcore than tech death, but okay.
Read any of my previous posts before you rec a deathcore band, guy.

Check out Hieronymus Bosch, Neglected Fields, and Lykathea Aflame. Eastern Europe is pretty good for this brand of DM. Québec is as well, but I see most of the good bands from there have been mentioned. Maybe try Spasme or Winter Bestowed.

Seconding Anata and Quo Vadis.

I fell in love with it instantly, I just wish they were faster.

I hate The Human Abstract, gross.
Neglected Fields is kinda gay, but I love Lykathea Aflame.
Spasme and Winter Bestowed are both going on my list.

All excellent shit, I especially like the bass on Pavor.
I must point out that if Defeated Sanity was faster, but was also mixed with some thrash vocals, Suffo solos and riffs, and folk elements, they'd be fucking ideal.
