Yes, I would like some Neofolk bands that utilize some kind of death growls; kind of like the way Saturnus does.

Cadaverous Condition may work for you, though they are not always like this

I don't know exactly what neo-folk is, but if a simple acoustic guitar qualifies, I'd suggest Uaral. The formula is simple: ultra deep growls with charming guitar lines, that's about it.

Uaral was another one I was thinking of but I couldn't place the name. Cadaverous Condition is cool too.

I guess you already know the bands I'm gonna mention but Empyrium do that sometimes (even though it's rather blackish shrieks instead of death growls).
For example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hNH5iPjd9m4 (also contains much clean/whispered vocals)

Also some stuff of Dornenreich (again: rather shrieking and many clean or whispered parts) and (if Neofolk = acoustic guitars) Opeth might fit in your categories.

Uaral is a good one. They have both singing and death growls (both very deep) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=azZz8Oyz-O0
