Ten Years After has some really bluesy songs.

Ten Years After - Bad Scene
Ten Years After - Good Morning Little School Girl
Ten Years After - I Woke Up this Morning (cover of a blues song)
Ten Years After - Love Like a Man
Ten Years After - I'm Coming On
Ten Years After - One of These Days
Ten Years After - You Give Me Loving

Also, here's one of my very favorite songs by The Doors, VERY bluesy:

The Doors - Been Down So Long

All great stuff, guys.

I think I can help out with some psych stuff:
The Myrrors:
Incredible psychedelic rock, wonderful atmosphere, great songwriting. Bit of a 60s throwback in the vocals. They've only released one album, but honestly, it's some of the best psych I've ever heard.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TcIC-V_N5RE
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0IAXp7Qs9K0

Blaak Heat Shujja:
Although from France, they came to the American desert to be recorded by Scott Reeder of Kyuss fame. This really is the whole package, trippy as hell, exotic, good riffs and somewhat of a bluesy feel. Also, a fuckton of reverb.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B3KHH_YUYHU
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=njYf72fCOAA

Samsara Blues Experiment
Really trippy stuff, for something that isn't considered full on doom, this is pretty damn heavy. As you might guess from their name, they are quite bluesy. They also have somewhat of a Southern American feel to them.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XjYjvAIZYG0
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9nL8A35PbsA

Naam
Oddly, 2009 has a disproportional amount of albums I'd give 100 to, and this is one of them. Although doom metal, the psych aspect is just about as prominent. A perfect blend between the two styles. Fuck Liturgy, these dudes are Brooklyns finest!
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DJ3o34LPG68
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xzu_dx0oYis

Quest For Fire
Some great psych rock from my Country, featuring a past member from one of my favourite bands: the crust/sludge group Cursed. Very mellow bluesy rock stuff. Great for drifting off to while stoned in the summer. Also, having a multi-colored topless lady on their album cover never hurts! (I don't care what you say MutantClannFear, these guys are great)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MdzPzR95Q-Y
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t4N61Yhv9rQ

Ufesas
Cool heavy blues/rock psychedelic stuff. This took a bit longer than the other bands to grow on me, but now I really dig it. Much like other bands I've listed, but they do it well.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KLp-F83_ouc

Farflung
Really spacey rock, reminds me of Hawkwind in some respects. Lots of synths, less organic (not in a bad way) than other bands I've listed. Some cool experimental instrumentation, a bit proggy in areas:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HPp9VNbwnxg
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ii7TXk7wDEg

Камни
Amazing psych/doom from Russia. Unlike much psych stuff, this has a distinct winter atmosphere. It has a strong Eastern atmosphere and some nice subtle (and vaguely bluesy) leads. Some of my favourite psych stuff of all time. It's just one of those things that you can completely take you on a trip.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h_Z0IqAIPpY
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y9mBjevvqg0

I have more, but that's more than enough for now. Stonerobixxx is great for this kind of stuff.

These suggestions have been great!
I have a couple as well noticing that these two havent been mentioned:

Heavy psych blues in the vein of Radio Moscow (which is one of my all time favorite bands) Brutus:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u3nKvrUlY3Y
These guys deserve so much more recognition, if anything they are the scandinavian brothers of radio moscow, absolutely mind blowing riff after riff after riff....

Also, old school psych from the late sixties THE ULTIMATE SPINACH (such an epic name)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AE0JTDhvsJE
Nice female vocals with a really chill atmosphere and an eeepic solo

Orchid- Capricorn
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZfqYH_P-ayI

Orchid- No One Makes A Sound
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5hQojtF1ZAA

This band is so up Sabbath's ass, they're actually CRITICIZED for it.

Horn Of The Rhino- Sovereign
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6kPfefpAcXI

Very bluesy, RnB-ish vocals. I'd go so far to say that the vocalist almost sounds like he's yarling, and when he hits the high notes, he sounds a tad like Chris Cornell. Otherwise, very doomy. In fact, extremely slow. Also downtuned guitars with some... is than an organ?

Speaking of Soundgarden, with some purchases, I found four epic-ass tracks that it feels like no one ever gives enough attention.

Soundgarden- Like Suicide
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xuJ0sP57ywU
Ultradeep on the Zeppelin influence here.

Soundgarden- Loud Love
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j0xosEFe8Ik
And you can't tell me the intro doesn't scream 'proto-stoner rock.'

Soundgarden- 4th of July
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EU4L6THYAbM
Doom with an open intro of nothing but heavy chords, coupled with an earthshattering song to follow.

Soundgarden- Mailman
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yUSn0u2GIjE
The riffs here are crushing, and it also shows off its early stoner rock influences.

Alice In Chains- Sea of Sorrow
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-5DlL4y1Q78
Really heady and heavy, with some interesting use of keys for added masochistic irony.

What's the effects that psychedelic/stoner rock bands always use? Flanging, wahwahs, stuff like that?

Pre-Electric Wizard Eternal has a few songs, less bluesy and more sludgy-stoner
Like this one, Lucifer's Children.
www.youtube.com/watch?v=rgabQ3_n3J0
Nevertheless, all the way up Sabbath's ass.

Some more psych stuff:
Grandloom
Bluesy Sabbathian psych. They just like to jam on big stoner riffs whilst adding and taking away different nuances. Some great bass in this, overall it kind of makes me think Sabbath meats Kyuss. Certainly reminds me of the desert.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ok9e0FsZuJM

LSD And The Search For God
Some great psychedelic shoegazing stuff. Amazing atmosphere and cool dual male-female vocal interplay. Only released one EP but it's a damn good one. Also, one of the coolest band names ever.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HMKkbco7UFE
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h-3S3uwUU_Y

Lumerians
More on the space rock side of things. Very well produced and keyboard heavy. Not a very subtle affair.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ffNESCKEhyw
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dm28ud8Kt34

Crumbling Ghost
Interesting mix - some doomy stuff, some British folk stuff and lots of psychedelia. Includes both male and female vocals.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9U7P69SeIv4
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SoGU9cRgSRI

Hollow Mirrors
Some nice light psychedelic rock. Vaguely remind me of The Cult at times. Expansive song structures yet succinct songwriting.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XipYFXYVCGs
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=td_PRXkle0s

Harvestman
Psychedelic side project of Neursosis member Steve Von Till. Although I like his solo folk stuff better, this is still well worth checking out. For the most part, very abstract and otherworldly. The Hawkwind covers he's done for that split are quite cool, as well.

Conscious of the fact it sounds like proto-metal.
In other words, modern proto-metal/proto-punk taken to its most extreme

Cosmic Wheels - cool new band that sounds like 60's/70's blues / classic rock bands

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C3WqxUpCLLk

Purson - great occult / psychedelic rock band, i think it's strongly infuented by Coven

Here's a channel dedicated to this kind of stuff.

ObeyTheRiff
http://www.youtube.com/user/ObeyTheRiff

Hosoi Bros.- Wine Witch
Very, very uptempo to the level of thrash metal, and very stoner rock

Psychonaut, with a song called "Church // Universe"

No love for Dax Riggs? What about Acid Bath and Agents of Oblivion? These are the best blue+metal influenced act I know of

^both those songs remind me of Flower Travellin' Band's "Satori"(part 3 especially). It's a well known band, but you didn't say you've heard of them.

No I have not heard of them, which is weird because based the views that their songs have on YouTube they are pretty popular. Thanks for reccomending them!

That's a good point. There's a lot of stuff here that could also be put into the Doom/Sludge/Stoner thread, or is in some way related (same label and such.)

I never realized until I really started getting into doom/stoner/psychadelic/current hard rock that I realized how much of an influence Black Sabbath had outside of metal- if I didn't know better, I'd think that they had more of an influence outside of metal. They are, interestingly, the only metal band certain rock stations will play around here, excluding a small pandering of other doom metal bands.

No idea who stickied that but this definitely should go into the doom thread.

*unstickied* sorry, I want to see more action in the main help threads, this is only diluting the content.
