Hi guys,

i'm looking similar bands to Monolith Death Cult, bands that plays atmospheric death metal with history themed lyrics.

Easy choice would be Ex Deo, it's themed after affairs from the Roman Empire.

You may like Mithras. They don't really sound like the two bands you mentioned, but their "Forever Advancing .... Legions" album fits what you're describing (they got more atmospheric on later albums, but dropped the historical themes).
