I'm looking for any metal bands that use a lot of delay on their guitar parts. I've just messing around with my pedal, and I just wanted some ideas of how to actually use it in music.

So the band can be of any genre, but it has to have used some sort of delay effect on their guitars to play the song.

Thanks a lot guys.

I remember your similar thread about this (HERE). I can't add anything to what I said then, but if you haven't already done so, definitely check out Ozric Tentacles, who are a great non-Metal example of how a delay pedal can be used effectively.

Try to make your thread titles as specific as possible. "Kinda specific but......" is not specific at all. This time I changed it for you.

Mastodon uses it sometimes. The third song on Blood Mountain (The name escapes me) has it heavily.

Nonmetal-wise, the Mars Volta are in love with it. Pink Floyd use it on almost every guitar solo.

A little bit of delay is frequently used to beef stuff up in the studio. So most bands have delay in there somewhere.

"Big Sur Moon" by Buckethead is my favorite use of delay ever...

that is assuming I know what I am talking about...
