Only two I know of are Inertia by Bruce Dickinson and Christmas Eve / Sarajevo by Savatage. Are there any more songs on this matter?

Yes, I know. You have probably seen it, but if somebody hasn't there's a great documentary film Scream For Me Sarajevo covering everything about that concert.

The Slovenian band Sarcasm released a song titled "Sarajevo by Night" on their 2002 album Igra Narave.

I think it's more in the vein of "you allowed this to happen" than "this is what happened in Sarajevo," but I think it's pretty clearly inspired by the siege of Sarajevo.

https://youtu.be/72E_OAa70qw allegedly about a Dutch soldier in the Yugoslavian Wars that was part of the clean up crew' of the army. He'd be the first to
enter a massacred and abandoned village after an ethnic cleansing by the Serbs, to find up side down
crucified pregnant women, of whom the foetuses where cut out of the womb and left dangling out of their
mothers by their umbilical cords.

but it's slam, so all we can really do is take the band's word for it
