I'm looking for recs for bands that combine black metal with a weird occult sort of vibe with classic 80's style heavy, speed, thrash, and doom. I realize this is probably a very vague description so to give an idea of what I mean I'm thinking of albums like Master's Hammer's Ritual, Mortuary Drape's At the Witches Dance, Malokarpatan's Nordkarpatenland, Samael's Worship Him, and even parts of Darkthrone's FOAD.

Thanks in advance!

I'm not looking for straight black/thrash btw.

Not sure if this if what you're looking for, but i checked out Rebel Wizard's new EP "Great Addictions to Blindingly Dark, Worldly Life" which seemed like a really cool mix of black/heavy. They have a few EPs and an album out, but I've only heard this new one.

Maybe stuff like Tormentor (Hungary) demo + LP, 1st Mystifier, 3rd Countess, 2nd Absu, 1st Necromantia and 1st Doomstone LPs.
Based on the thread title alone, I would have suggested Bulldozer, Exorcist (USA) - but I don't think that's what you meant. Obviously Bathory's "Under the sign of the black mark" ticks all your boxes.

I always thought Stiny Plamenu is basic heavy metal at the root.

Kryptos ‘Burn Up the Night’ was the first thing that came to mind.
