I mean you could always check the similar artists tab on their artist page.. but mid period Marduk is a good starting point.

Hellyeah is very similar to Scour.

Hunhau Mitnal perhaps? Although they are bit more "atmospheric" compared to Scour's straight up violence

I was looking for blackened grindcore and someone here mentioned Killgasm. Kinda reminds me of Scour a bit. Worth a listen for sure.
