Literally only thing I'm looking for in particular is lyrics in ancient languages (ancient greek, latin etc)

Preferably black, death, and doom metal for evil/mystical atmosphere

Surprised to see no ones mentioned Nazgul yet. Symphonic black metal sung in Latin. Shame they only made the one full-length.

Ildra are another great example. All their lyrics are in old English. I started learning it myself after hearing the album.

From what I remember, Forefather had a few songs in old english too, though I don't know which ones.

Bands that sing in unusual languages are great but they never seem to last for all that long.

Not the specific genre you're looking for, but a lot of Eluveitie's music is in Gaulish.

Arckanum sings in medieval Swedish, but that is medieval and not ancient I guess.

Cult of Fire has that Sanskrit thing going on, and Aherusia has ancient Greek (despite the song titles). Obviously a lot of bands use the odd Latin passage here and there, but finding something more substantial is a tad tougher.

Was going to mention them. It's been a decade since I last heard anything about Elfmorul. :(
