So, I just recently discovered Sabbat's 1996 "The Dwelling" album and holy shit did that album kick ass. Unfortunately, Sabbat's discography is huge and I have no time to go through hundreds of releases. So, could someone let me know what is the best Sabbat releases, especially when it comes to having a ton of kick ass catchy guitar riffs like "The Dwelling" had. Thanks!

You in fact do not have to go through hundreds of releases. There are several redundant lives and splits with the same material, but nine main albums.

You'll also want to check out the debut demo because the two songs there are essential.

For their studio albums, I'd say Evoke, The Dwelling, Satanasword, Karmagmassacre and Sabbatrinity are the essential ones.
