Hey guys, what metal bands (heavy/speed/thrash/death metal) that alternately switching to clean vocals and harsh vocals, with clean vocals much closer to traditional metal vocal styles of 80's and don't sound annoying like those of metalcore/post-hardcore? Please don't give me examples of metalcore/post-hardcore, melodeath, power metal, doom, etc.

Anacrusis did that quite a bit, most noticeably on their later stuff (Manic Impressions and Screams and Whispers, if you're unfamiliar with their discography).

the first Hammers of Misfortune album The Bastard should be worth your time. they got better on later albums, but those ones lack some of the more extreme vocals of the debut. it's Mike Scalzi with John Cobbett riffs, so you can't go wrong there.

Die Apokalyptischen Reiter does this.

Gardenian - on their second album "Soul Burner", they got awsome clean vocals along the growled one.

that's a fantastic album. would be cool to see those guys collaborate again since i'm a shameless slough feg fanboy.

Check out Amorphis, Crematory and The Old Dead Tree. They are my favorites regarding the mixture of clean and harsh vocals. In general, you will find plenty of bands in the gothic metal genre that employ this combination.

Check out 11 Dreams and Everblack, two great albums of Danish Mercenary. Fabulous music!
Soilwork' Predator's Portrait and Natural born chaos are also worth for listening.

As far as thrash is concerned, give Deficiency & Arcania a shot.

Opeth for sure. Scar Symmetry definitely has little bit more of a metalcore-ish sound to their cleans at first listen, but if you listen carefully you can hear some operatic qualities as well. Also, the harsh vocals are brutal. Check out their album The Singularity (Phase I: Neohumanity) if you haven't already.

Mourning Beloveth (Doom/Death) switch between vocal styles fairly regularly, although it's predominately guttural. Here are a few examples (all are Spotify links, had trouble finding them on YouTube for some reason):
