I'm looking for a band that sounds grimy, chaotic, time signature shifts.
I've heard the demo's from swallowed. It's Autopsy worship.
Any recommendations?

Well, Prisoner Of War covered "Twisted Mass of Burnt Decay" on their EP and it fits like a glove. Definitely some grimy, nasty shit:

The Ravenous was a side-project featuring Chris Riefert along with Danny Lilker and Killjoy, plus guest appearances from some other members of Autopsy. Sounds about halfway between Mental Funeral and Severed Survival:

Couple of suggestions:
Murder Squad - Swe-death alumni worshipping Autopsy, and thankfully do a bloody good job at it.
Obliteration (Norway) in paticular Nekropsalms onward.

Thanks for the suggestions.
Abscess is a bit more punk influenced mixed with autopsy. Chris Reifert and Danny Coralles are in Abscess.

Swallowed - Horrifying Visions(Autopsy Worship) - They changed from autopsy worship to grimy black metal.

If you need more Autopsy worship you can go for Anatomia from Japan, too. The previous band of two (I think) members, Transgressor, however is much better, though less Autopsy - more wicked weird morbid, less by the book.

don't nail me on this because tbh I haven't listened to MF in 10+ years, but I remember repuked from sweden as being, well, competent autopsy worship. not sure if this helps you.

Morbus Chron - Sleepers in the Rift. They changed their style after this album, but this one is very much in the vein of Autopsy with those meandering, stomach churning riffs and doom filled atmosphere

Mausoleum - Cadaveric Displays of Ghouly Ghastliness. Big Autopsy influence here. I heard some other songs from another album, but can't remember which one and didn't think it was nearly as good as this album.

Witch Vomit - A Scream from the Tomb Below. Got their debut album out this year, and takes a good sized influence from Autopsy.

Cemetery Filth - Anything. One of my my favorite newer death metal bands and they have their debut album out shortly on Unspeakable Axe. So far only an EP, and a split, which are both excellent.

The similar artists tab should be of a lot of help too.

Early 90s UK band Innards may be of interest, I always thought they had a very Autopsy-esque approach.
