Im looking for something musically similar to Whispered's Shogunate Macabre but with vocals similiar to Kreator (Coma of Souls era). I dont mind clean vocals as long as they arent operatic or too dominate over the more aggressive style. Thanks before hand and any suggestions will be checked out.

Fwiw - i heavily listen to Kreator, Destruction, Skyfire, Iced Earth, Amon amarth, Lamb of God...

Instead of "influenced" music, how about you check out a few bands that actually are from the far east?

Taiwan's Chthonic for example sounds a lot like what you're looking for.

Not quite along the same lines but check out Mononofu from Japan. They are deathish thrash that get described as Samurai metal. Since you like stuff like Kreator and Destruction then you will probably like it.

Wily, thanks! I had forgotten about Chthonic. I just simply overlooked them i guess.
Acid, not something i could immediately get in to but ill give Mononofu as many listens as i can and hope i take to it.

Ill work through the rest of the suggestions as i digest the first few. Thanks to everyone who is tossing out recs.
