Not posting it in the heavy nor black metal thread cause I'm open to any style as long as it resembles what I'm asking for. We all know that there are plenty of speedier bands that sound like Venom, but what about slowed down Venom bands? Surely there must be some?

Always thought that Amebix did a better job at the Venom sound than any black/speed metal band in the last twenty years. Dunno why people think Midnight sounds like Venom, they really don't.
