I stumbled across the band Sarcoma when I was looking for some new thrash bands. I am speechless at these, although I guess they have their charms.

The third one looks ok if you don't think about it too much. Or look at it for too long.

Love how the logo reads more like "Sapsoma" on the second one.

haha! I think Keydragon has the worst possible covers. They are truly butt ugly, but there's something unavoidably endearing about this 5th grade earnestness.

It might be because obviously a some amount of effort was put into creating that, but it bears hardly any semblance of artistic quality. The band logo, of course, sucks even more, and is bound to make any cover look terrible even given the juxtaposition, but I think that drawing might've been passable if it had been made with proper tools instead of crayons.

Whoa dude, spoiler that thing! I'm no longer much sensitive to that photo, but, at least here in Brazil, it was always showed in TV shows that spoke about ghosts and supernatural things 10 to 15 years ago. Not so much of a deal, but when you are a kid silly things get pretty scary. Maybe there are some members around here that feel uneasy looking at it, dunno.



Hmm, I've seem worse than this, but that's not the point. The idea in this cover is pretty nice, actually.

Wrong post dude, this is the "worst covers" thread and those are charmingly great, in an old school simpleton kind of way. But hey, I'm from the eighties!

As bad as those Keydragon and Sarcoma covers are, those are still better drawings than anything I could ever come up with.

This one should definitely be included in this thread. I'm pretty sure even the band is embarrassed with this one.

I actually think that Mortiis' getup looked pretty cool in some carefully controlled photo shoots. Unfortunately, this was not one of those occasions.

That Star Wars one looked pretty nice actually, horrible "featuring" logo notwithstanding.

That's because all the band did was slap their logo and album title on top of the actual movie poster.
