Also random but did ya'll know that Rob was in a sucky nu metal band before joining Anthrax?

Glad he didn't reform this band!

That wasn't too terrible. Definitely better than some of the other bands of that kind that were around at the time.

Fistful is alright, you should spend a little time with Among the Living, their best album and one of my personal favourite thrash albums, those heavy palm muted riffs really slay on this album and become very infectious after repeated listens.

I'm going to have to disagree with you there, friend. Fistful Of Metal is completely godlike. Spreading The Disease is probably the best middle ground between FoM and AtL, though it definitely leans way heavier in the AtL style of things. I definitely liked Among The Living when it came out, but I've cooled on that, as well as a lot of other records from the big four.

I would like to see Ralph Santolla join Anthrax for an album or two.

Yeah I guess it's ok musically. I just don't like the cheesy lyrics.

A little bit of thread necromancy, but according to this Jon Donais can now be considered the new Anthrax guitarist. It happened off the radar about a month ago, but it still deserves some mention here.
