Wow, that sounds a lot harsher and darker then The sum of all fossils. Sound good though, but I really really want them to keep that warm sound they have. Fossils had those amazing moments of warmth and amazingly fluid melody. Damn, how I love that album. |

I'm glad you guys liked the song. The new ep is the most recent Flourishing songs and were recorded in the summer of 2011 a couple weeks after the full length was released. I think y'all will dig the other two songs, which I think sound like a combination of the debut ep and full length. The opening track is faster, heavier and catchier and the third song is more experimental. About 90% of The Sum Of All Fossils was written between 2003 - 2005. The 1st ep was recorded in 2005 and eventually released in 2010. With those facts expect a 2nd Flourishing album to be recorded before 2015 and released before 2020. Thanks for the support!
