Hello everyone, I was wondering what experiences you've had with ordering from Mick Kenny's (of Anaal Nathrakh) label? I have ordered from them twice; the first time was just a shirt, and it arrived after a week or so. The next time I ordered was probably two months ago. I ordered three LP's, and for a while I didn't hear anything from them. After a few weeks after, I wrote them, asking if my order had been sent, and they then replied that it had. I never received anything even though I already paid for the stuff and I've wrote them several times since but I got no response. Has anyone else had a similar experience with them? I'm kind of torn as to what I should do about this, since they never seem to reply to my mails. |

I bought some Anaal Nathrakh merch from there before, tshirt and The Codex Necro CD and I had no problems with them. Can't remember how long it took (though I do live in the UK so it was probably quick). Mick's on tour at the moment with Anaal Nathrakh round the UK, so that might have slowed things down. I don't really know who deal with Feto's merch to be fair though. |

I've used them three or four times, always been smooth, although the delivery times between orders does seem to fluctuate from order to order. |

I really hope it's the touring that's causing the delay since I paid quite a bit for the stuff.. it just seems wierd that it hasn't arrived when he told me it had been sent a long time ago. |

finally mick keeney of feto records and anaal nathrakh responded, i sent him another message about my order, this is what it said: ''ok, if my shipment is not done by this friday, i will start legal action, starting from paypal. thankfully my family owns a tv station, i will make sure you guys get known as a rip-off, i know some peopled who you've ripped, they complained about you and your record label. this is not a way to treat your fans.'' hopefully this will help you guys in the future if you ever need to order from them. it's sad to know that a member of one of your fave bands is like this...=[ |

I don't think anyone is faulting you for wanting your items in return for payment, it's the way you went about it. A simple "Hey man, still haven't got my stuff, could use the money elsewhere so either let me know what's up or return it." If he doesn't get in touch then file a claim with paypal. You come off like some jackass "oooh my family owns a tv station and i'm gonna get you in trouble." What are they gonna say on the station? Hmm okey, that doesn't sound good, how about you EasterIslandHead? Just seems so strange if they would randomly just not send out stuff, since other people have reported that everything went smooth... My friend told me it was 2-3 weeks delivery but he got his 4 LPs.... |

I ordered a shirt at one point from them, got it after a week. I believe they sent the stuff, but I never got it and they never got back to me even thought I wrote them a million times.. that's what annoys me. Had I gotten my money back or sent the stuff again, I wouldn't mind. |

That's really fucked up stuff. A label ran by guys from popular bands treating people like shit who obviously dig their music. I would lose my respect for musicians like that pretty soon if the same happened to me. Not gonna happen probably, but hope you guys get your stuff or money back. I ordered from FETO a month an a half ago and received nothing. I then contacted them via the FETO website twice and got no answer. Little update: I received all my stuff yesterday (package 1) and today (package 2). Everything was in order, except for my Passion LP which had the sleeve a bit damaged in the corner, but that's the post service's fault. So yeah, it took a few pokes, but everything is in order. |

They have a new store now, they posted the link on their facebook. The prices are different though, I was annoyed as the hoodies are now 40 euros. On the old site (last time I checked) they were £22 bit of a price difference! Think shirts were 15 euros which isn't bad at all. Not sure about vinyl or cd prices. |
