Those Anvil cd's are really good finds. Pretty much all of their cd's except for the first three and the new one (and maybe Back to Basics if you are lucky) are pretty tough to find. How are Worth the weight and Absolutely No Alternative? I still haven't heard those two.

I start collecting Anvil albums couple months ago. I saw them in Moncton right before ACDC last summer, and then i saw the movie, and i was hooked.

I got the first 5 albums on LP. These were easy too find online..except for Forged In Fire that one i bought at the convention yesterday. 10$

The 4 Cd's were also from the same seller. 5 $ each.

Yeah some albums are pretty hard to find and they are expensive because they are OOP. 75 $ on Ebay New and sealed from Germany or Japan.

Worth the weight and Absolutely No Alternative are pretty good. if you can get them its a good pick.

Now i need to get my hands on the 4 full-length i'm missing: Plenty Of Power, Still going strong ,Back to Basics,& This is thirteen.

I think all albums are available on vynil, but some are very hard to find.

Good albums, though most here will disagree.

They shouldn`t, bro. Pantera basically saved metal during the 90s when grunge was everywhere. And I don`t care that the band inspired Korn and other nu-metal acts. You can`t control who you inspire.

My order from Relapse Records that came in:
Image

My purchases from the Cannibal Corpse show at Jaxx on Friday night:
Image
-Skeletonwitch 'Worship The Witch' 10" LP [Yellow]
-Skeletonwitch 'Breathing The Fire' Gatefold LP [White]
-Cannibal Corpse "Evisceration Plague Tour" Shirt
It was a great show even though 1349 couldn't make it. Skeletonwitch's thrashing set, as always, made up for their absence and the unremarkable performances from Lecherous Nocturne and Diabolic (they weren't bad, but their performances didn't really grasp my attention). I was glad that I was able to pick up those vinyls at the end of the night, even though they stopped selling the 'Breathing The Fire' LP in orange. Corpse was fucking brutal, but I never fully realized how many goddamn annoying mallcore kids go to their shows. I probably shouldn't be saying that because I was like one of them when I saw them for the first time back in 2006.

I'm not sure if you've heard those albums, but Plenty of Power and Still Going Strong are both fantastic (I reviewed PoP). This is Thirteen has some decent ideas, but it's just too long. It should have been maybe 8 or 9 songs at most. I haven't heard Back to Basics.

I'm pretty sure you can find them all on Vinyl. I think the guy from No Life Til Metal has them all on Vinyl and CD.

New Amazon purchase for me:

Bruce Dickinson - Chemical Wedding
Cannibal Corpse - Gallery of Suicide
Cannibal Corpse - Bloodthirst
King Diamond - Fatal Portrait/Abigail
WASP - WASP

I've been meaning to get Reinkaos for a while and it was really cheap. I bought Cascus Luciferi on a whim but after the first listen I must say it's really damn good. However the goddamn sticker was on the digipak which sucks. I got the sticker off without damaging the digipak but now there's alot of glue there. Any tips on how I can remove the glue without damaging the paper?

My purchases from the Municipal Waste/Toxic Holocaust show at the Rock and Roll Hotel in DC on Sunday:
Image
-Toxic Holocaust 'An Overdose of Death' LP
-Municipal Waste "Sadistic Magician" Yellow T-shirt
-An embroidered patch from both of them
I'm pretty sure that MW shirt is my first yellow shirt, ever.

My purchases from the Amon Amarth show at Jaxx last night:
Image
-Holy Grail 'Improper Burial' CD & 7" (both $5 each )
-Amon Amarth t-shirt
I can't wait for Holy Grail's debut album. That debut EP is damn catchy and they put on a damn good show last night. :metal:

Couple CDs from Sound Garden (returned a DVD for the Judas Priest CD):

Image

Judas Priest - Painkiller
Slayer - Decade of Aggression, from what I've lisented to from this, it sounds fantastic, great energy from the band, plus the production sounded strong as well. They had the Live Undead CD as well for $5, but I figured why not get quadruple the live material for just $5 more.
