Finally received my Comatose Vigil "Not a Gleam of Hope" in the mail and am still waiting patiently for my Bongripper "Satan Worshipping Doom." Can't wait. Also ordered Agalloch "Faustian Echoes" and a copy of Avichi's first album "The Divine Tragedy." So pumped for that!

What kind of music is this? I like the artwork.
Lo-fi: dude singing into a boom box with an acoustic guitar. Not 'metal' but......... its metal.

Mutiilation -Vampires of Black Imperial Blood
Hirax - Raging Violence/Hate, Fear and Power

Even though I've only gotten through 2 songs off of VoBIB...I'm willing to add it my short list of perfect albums (Onslaught's The Force and Aura Noir's Black Thrash Attack).

Dug the hell out of Raging Violence, it was worth the almost 3 week wait it took to get here (why it takes a place 3 hours from where I live to take that long is beyond me)

got these today, i never really liked them much until recently, the shop i got them from has heaps of their albums.

Six Feet Under ‎– Alive And Dead [an ep with 4 live songs on the end, it's good too]
Six Feet Under ‎– Double Dead Redux [cd+dvd live, very cool, the between song banter is amusing too]

A bunch of under 10 bucks stuff from my local store.

Godspeed you! black emperor - raise yur skinny fist antennas to heaven

bathory - hammerheart

destroyer 666 - phoenix rising

candlemass - candlemass (odd pressing, yet legit looking CD)

On order (from the same store): pig destroyer - prowler in the yard

The store doesn't have a whole lot of rare stuff (when it does it's a steal), but they have a decent selection. Choice stuff, usually.

Just arrived in the mail - horn - distanz

Ordered along with skagos LP from eternal warfare - river s/t (project of nate myers)

The Skagos album sounds great on vinyl, the new mix is excellent. That River tape is really cool too.

Been on a bit of a BDM/Slam kick lately.

Terminally Your Aborted Ghost - Slowly Peeling The Flesh From The Inside Of A Folded Hand
Devourment - 1.3.8 (first press on Corpse Gristle)
Defeated Sanity - Prelude To The Tragedy
Bodysnatch - Insights Of A Rotten Theatre

7 H. Target - Fast-Slow Demolition (thanks to whoever it was that posted this in the BDM thread, best album i have heard all year)

Where did you get your copy of 7 H. Target?

Spoiler: show

Just ordered all these minus the fauna CDs. I payed a cool price I suppose. I had to save up a little for this purchase. Kind of a lot for a blind purchase for the most part, but I don't mind. I liked the samples I heard a lot.

I think next thing i'm going to go for is getting all the Messiah Marcolin Era candlemass CDs, all the electric wizard albums (besides their debut), and the last 2 reverend bizarre albums. That'll be after my next paycheck I suppose.

I feel a little sick, because I saw death angel's debut on vinyl at my local record store and left it for later. When I came back today it was gone ;_;

Pathology - The Time Of Great Purification
Steve Harris - British Lion
Yes - Yessongs (triple LP, my dad gave it to me from his LP collection)

Enjoying the Pathology: a flash-bomb of brutal fun that sounds great in a good car stereo. I'm a bit tepid on Harris's solo album as a whole, but there are a few songs there that I'll be coming back to for sure.

I got it from hellorecords2. I was going to slam them with a 1 star rating. But since it arrived in perfect condition (as far as used goes), I gave them a neutral rating. But I did leave a remark about why the hell it took so long. Went back further in their history...and they have a knack for being slow as fuck.

just picked up the melvins - ozma/gluey porch treatments

I saw some xathur and leviathan at the shop I was at. I didn't pick it up though due to not knowing any of those band's albums by album name. I also saw midnight complete and total hell on vinyl and CD. Didn't pick that up either. A lot of the stuff I want was under sections marked on strips of plastic and then there would be no CD under the marked strip of plastic. Kind of disappointing.

When I contacted that distro selling me the black folk CDs asking them for an order confirmation they responded with "sometimes you just need to trust the wind" I was like "Hahahaha... what?"

there's a rigor mortis s/t vinyl at this store for 20 bucks, I dunno if I wanna get it for that price.

Just ordered 7 H. Target from ebay. Ebay bucks made the purchase only 4 dollars. It's likely it will be relisted soon.

I got them in a local record shop here in Riverside. Got them for super cheap. 3 dollars for each tape. So many good tapes at that shop and they don't even know the value of them so they put them for cheap. Saint Vitus, Doom, Brujeria, Mercyful Fate, Morgoth, Death, Etc.
