Bloodstock isn't brilliant. Hellfest is by far the best festival around these days, it just costs me a fortune to travel to France. Still, its worth it, I can't wait for it to come around, because last year was amazing, Taake were superb.

They could filter out some of the shit bands like Earth Crisis, but fucking Carcass man, I cannot fucking wait.

Thats a lot of bands. How many people go to Hellfest? I bet its a shite load. I want my festivals to be smaller...ie Bloodstock. And closer, ie Bloodstock. And Carcass played last year. And they rocked.

But yeah I'd like to go to Hellfest, must venture to a European festival at some point. Seems the next logical step.

There were about 20,000 people last year.

Ah ok, not as big as I imagined. I mean I guess thats like twice as many, but still not ridiculous for a festival.

For such a large lineup, i expect more than 20,000 people.

Happy days, Onslaught were just added to the bill! Thrash, and British thrash at that!

Edit: Criminally early in the listings I might add!

Ummm it was actually around 10,000 people. I'm not sure of the exact number, but they did release it on the forum not long after 09.
