Sigh - The Knell. They were weird even back then.

Pythia - No Compromise

Not the most original band around, but they're enjoyable enough. Definitely more good songs than bad on this album.

VS is too crazy! You don't know what to expect! This is the electronic music I like.

Morgana Lefay - Only Endless Time Remains

A nice, subtle and somber ballad. A grower.

Funeral Mist: "Maranatha"

Haven't listened to it in a while, but damn what a beast of an album (cue: goosebumps).
Makes me chuckle a bit when I think back to when it was released, and how some people here reacted (words like 'nu-metal' and 'sellout' were thrown around alot).

Malfeitor-Una Mystica Maxima

This albums seriously rules. Some of the best black metal I've heard. Crazy blast sections, thrashy parts thrown in, and some chants too. Great stuff!

Bathory - Son of the Damned

...The Return has always been a less-listened to album for me, but I still enjoy it - The drums seem painfully off-time, but I can get over that when I consider that most of the songs are still decent. The darkness of the debut is still there, albeit woven into more diverse songs.

Pythia - The Circle

Catchy stuff. This album is definitely stronger than their previous.

Hour Of Penance - The Cannibal Gods.

This entire record just blasts by at warp speeds. It's really hard to wrap your head around it on the first few listens.

My god that song was awesome.

NP: The Cure-Let's Go To Bed

A bit of a change after that Overkill song, but I love the Cure.

That Overkill song was damn tasty.

Emperor - The Source of Icon E.

Different from what I got into Emperor on the strength of, but still very enjoyable.

Vektor's Tetrastructural Minds has already done that. :-D

Listening to, ofcourse, Vektor - Tetrastructural Minds

Agreed with that. While the Overkill song was good, the scream wasn't that intense. Vektor owns it any day.

To Necroticism174 and henkkjelle; HOW DARE YOU QUESTION THE SUPREME AUTHORITY OF THE BLITZ?!?! But yeah, Tetrastructural Minds (and of course Vektor) rapes faces. But still, I prefer the scream in Wish You Were Dead, if only because it's longer.

Savage Messiah - The Mask of Anarchy
Yup, I'm a fan of these lads now.

The scream at 5:03 and the overall vocals are nice!
