I think it's a great idea. Part of me reckons it wouldn't work because there aren't enough punters who'd put-up with the other half of the equation. There IS just enough of both musics in the live circuit for it to be an unnecessary gig to attend.

On the other hand, i'd hope that most who have the intellectual and emotional drive to dig into the underground in the search for more and better music, of either genre, would be adventuring enough to at least be interested in what would come of such an event.

I'm not 'into' much electronic music, but I generally enjoy most of what I hear that isn't mainstream... my favourites being the extreme and chillout ends, so i'd give it a whirl if it happened anywhere near me.

Ha. If The Berzerker's eponymous... then i'd be interested. Anything after, and it'd definitely be a no-no.

I'd probably like this if it wasn't for the wiggerdom and hip-hop culture.

The Dutch rave scene isn't REALLY "wiggerdom" or "hip-hop" culture

The first video was pretty good, but the last one was stupid.

yeah, it's ironic, they are so pretentious, yet one can say that at least they don't pretend. They don't release some techno-rap-whatever album and say "on this record we tried to sound like in our old days"
