Heres mine. Im only 14, so I don't really have 30 different patches from underground black metal bands and such. All the bands are really well known. Ibex_Ichor already did a better black vest with the same Burzum backpatch, but whatever. Every one hand sewn (well except for the little CC logo, that shit was Iron on! But corpse kinda fell off...)

Only faux-pas is there are 2 patches by the same band beside each other =p

I'll post up mine but I have 5 new patches to sew on first: Manilla Road, Bolt Thrower, Lamp Of Thoth, Saxon and Rotting Christ.

I got rid of my original jacket (posted at beginning of thread), as I thought it was too over the top and had too many patches. I feel more comfortable wearing the new one, and I'll add the remaining patches to something else one day...

After removing all my patches from that camouflage vest (seen earlier in this thread) I am having the TOUGHEST time finding a denim vest... I'm looking for a black one. I looked all over locally, no luck. I'm considering a normal colored denim vest now, because finding a black one has just become quite the task. Anybody have suggestions? Place on the net that isn't too expensive? Anything?

I got mine in a shop here that specializes in vintage denim. It's just a standard Levi's denim vest but it is blue. Try second hand shops (charity/thrift shops) maybe?

Anyone tell me how they wash their jackets? I have had patches fall apart before (also had a screen printed Hellhammer one disintegrate in the wash and leave me with a pure white rectangle on my jacket...) so I just put the washing machine on rinse to get the sweat out of it and then a mix of tumble dryer and radiators.

I've gotten mine fully suited with the exception of the patches I'm still waiting for to arrive; Black Sabbath, Cannibal Corpse, and a couple others. I'll get a pic soon.

I would just like to say that putting Iron Maiden and Metallica patches on top of a giant Burzum patch seems like a huge faux pas.

"A false step; a mistake or wrong measure." What's wrong with mixing the genres? I put all the bands I like onto one jacket, good music is good music.

Alrighty, that solves that. I forgot to mention that I also have no clue who the band between Mayhem and Infernäl Mäjesty are.

No need to make them bigger than the jacket itself either. That said, don't repost them in a smaller size, you've caused enough annoyances.

Ignore WebOfPiss, he has an undeserved sense of self-appreciation as being an internet tough guy and trying to be different and kewl.

I'm trying to decide if I want a bigger patch above my back patch as Black Sabbath or Metallica. Hmm..

I thought this would be a good place to ask. Ive just been looking on officialabyssrecords.com and there are some great patches i want to order. Has anyone order from there before? Is it reliable and are the patches good quality? Also do they deliver to the UK as i can't find anything.

Thanks in advance.

I've been wondering the same thing, well, about the quality and service. I'm in the US though. Any answers?

The patches are great quality, they all have that shine to it (Like all the ones on Ibex_Ichors). Shipping to Canada for me was just around 2 weeks, and it's a record company so they do ship to the UK I would imagine, but the shipping would probably take a while. The owner keeps you up to date on your order and I would recommend buying from them if you were considering it.

Was just in the same predicament as you, my friend. Luckily I found one! I bought mine here:

I'll be posting my vest as soon as I finish sewing and studding.

Hope this helps!
