Lol that is so wrong. It has nothing to do with homosexuality at all.
Although it is not completely clear but in the song it mentions "The art of veneficium" aka the art of poisoning. Which has said to be a fascination of women.

Also I really can't imagine anyone especially Lord Worm writing about satan and homosexuality. They really just don't fit.
