Stob Dearg - Nocturnal Witchcraft. Demo by my local band which they seem to have decided to put on Mediafire. Really enjoyable conventional black metal with a more primitive first-wave twist from time-to-time;

This is amazing, kinda reminds me of Gigan. I wish more bands would mix psychedelia with death metal.

That was an interesting listen. They should cut back the constant blasbeat though. The songs feel way to samey because of it.

Thanks for that link. I love the one track I had heard so far. The Melvins are great. Not my typical listening genre, but I've followed them since the '80s and they're very good at what they do.

Kick-ass traditional metallers Magnus Rising have their debut EP and debut full-length streaming on YouTube.

Funeral doomsters will probably enjoy the debut demo of Lycus.

Ethir Anduin - In The Fog Of The Dead Lakes (EP) is free on his site.

For folks looking to get into some good 'djent':

Great Cloudkicker EP.

Great Outrun the Sunlight single and EP.

The Reanimation EP by Shattered Skies.

Pretty sure all of Spiralmountain's material is free.

Jute Gyte - Isolation
Delirious experimental black metal combining densely chromatic walls of guitar, strange time signatures and polyrhythms, alternating black and death vocals, midtempo math-rock, psychedelic interludes, ambient synth, dodecophony, and an obsession with age, decay, and loss. Jute Gyte's fifth black metal album.

You can get digital copies pay-what-you-will ("pay" $0.00 to get it free) here: http://jutegyte.bandcamp.com/album/isolation and you can buy physical copies here: http://www.jeshimoth.com/catalog/isolation.php

YES! Jute Gyte is amazing. The guy is a freaking genius, releasing a new album every few months. "Young Eagle" is my favorite. It's great to have a new release! Thanks for posting!
