Swedens black metal hate crew CRAFT have returned with the first track premiere from their 5th full length White Noise and Black Metal.
It has been 7 years since their last album and will be released June 22nd on Season of Mist.

Fuck the Universe! and Terror Propaganda are stunning black metal albums and damn near modern classics in my book. Could not be more suprised and excited to hear the rest of the album.

Great track! I saw Craft live in Stockholm a couple of years ago and it was an awesome experience. Hopefully they will become more active after the new album is released. And hopefully it is just as awesome as the mighty Void.

Fantastic track. I'm excited. I loved Void, it had killer artwork that was the exact same as a dream I had once before that album came out. I dreamt I was witnessing an atom bomb, watching the mushroom cloud, just like the cover art, but the radiation blast rushed towards me, I greeted it with open arms and it ripped through me. I was just a skeleton and a soul still standing there witnessing the aftermath. Surreal dream.

I'm excited for this album.

Fuck, I can't believe it's been 13 years since Fuck the Universe, I love that title track! I totally missed Void somehow, and I just saw this album show up online the other day. Sounds like they haven't really changed a bit, should be a great album

I never got the appeal of this band. this advance track sounds like your typical run-of-the-mill stuff too. thanks, I'll pass.

Love it. Very excited for new Craft. Bands like this gives me hope for black metal, it’s like they’re the life force of the genre.

Can't believe this band completely flew under my radar until now. The track sounds great and that's some next level cover art.

Season of Mist is streaming the full album on YouTube:

On first listen, it sounds solid. Will have to give it a few more go arounds before forming a final opinion.

Their lyrics and such often come off to me as a little embarrassing, but Fuck the Universe (yeah, exactly) is a really great album full of first-class riffing. SO I'll check this out. I remember the debut being some very decent stuff in the vein of Darkthrone, too.

Vinyl pre-ordered. I think Void was overlooked too. It is awesome imo. The closing riff on the title track always gives me shivers.

Same. I wanted to like "Fuck the Universe" because the title and lyrics were so in yo face, but even when I was younger I couldn't will myself to do so... Ended up getting some of the same thrill from Fuck Off And Die's "Anti All" instead.

Have you checked out Terror Propaganda or Total Soul Rape? They’re great examples of CF influenced black metal. I highly recommend them both if you like that sort of thing.

Yup love Void and exactly the same I've probably listened to that closing riff 50 times

Now that's a cool album cover, although the artwork would be even more impressive without the title and that n-gon.

This album is solid, on par with Void. Although I think Fuck the Universe might still be number 1 for me. Knowing that the drummer for Runemagick played on this album is good info too. Based on the sound, I think he was the one who played on Void even though they insisted that it was programmed drums on that album. That sounded like BS to me.

I like the over the top lyrics of bands like Impiety (e.g. goat men gunning down nunneries type stuff) so Craft's don't turn me off. I gave FtU and Total Soul Rape listens and they're good stuff.

I've never listened to Craft before either but this album is really good! Nice top-off to the black metal kick I ended up on today

Total support to this band! This album rips. I get that they can be a bit ‘on the nose’ sometimes but I like Craft a lot.

This, Mortuary Drape, Immortal, and Imperial Triumphant are at the top of my 2018 favorites list so far.
