Wouldn't it be better if he had just put the project rest? I mean, nothing he makes now is going to be on par with the 90s records, and the last couple of releases of his have been mid at best.

Varg is full of hot air and a hypocrite. As long as there's money to be made, he'll never actually stop. For all his talk of how capitalism is "Jewish" and national-socialism (or any other fancy synonym he comes up with to sugarcoat his true beliefs) is the way to go, I'm sure he doesn't mind when he gets paid for the stuff he creates. He also has like three hundred kids, so royalties earned from the days he used to write "alien, non-Aryan music" are certainly welcome.

If you don't like his music, don't comment. Many people are very excited for his new metal music, for good reason as there is nothing like Burzum.

If anything, I just find it funny since he himself hates his metal music and metal in general from what I recall. Unless he decided to revise his history again.

i've learned to just switch off from what Varg says, he shoots from the hip and nothing makes sense anymore.
however if he makes some new music i'll give it a listen.
some new metal music from him would be welcome, will it be any good? i'm not sure...
