Ever play MTG?

Mmmm man I don't know it's hard (not to derail this into a pick your favorite Vader album) but the combination of energy and great production on De Profundis make it hard not to pick it as #1 for me. Thing is, most Vader albums have very good energy and production so it comes down to personal preference with regards to atmosphere I think.

Glad Im not the only one who thought De Profundis is the best Vader album. I also rather enjoyed Impressions in Blood more than Litany. Ah well, its Vader, they always put out good shit.

'De Profundis as best Vader album' is a pretty commonly held opinion. I'd say it's probably also mine, though I do prefer the production values and guitar tone from the Sothis EP that preceded the full-length.

Huh, people I've talked to regarding Vader always put Litany at the top of the list, color me surprised.
