Finally picked this up, and it's just a complete Tribulation ripoff. It's so similar that I can't really listen to it - it legitimately makes me uncomfortable.

Hah! I had the exact same reaction. It's not even an especially bad ripoff either. I think I would enjoy it if I didn't know of Tribulation.

Yeah, Tribulation through and through. I got excited then cold about it. I guess it's a fashionable sound nowadays.
