After Mike Kaufmann announced his departure from the band in '99, the 3 remaining members brought in bassist Nick Decena and changed their name to Vice. A 5-song demo was recorded under that name in 1999, featuring more of an alternative rock sound, with the songs "Sweenie", "Another Sold Soul", "Bring It Back", ...
