Originally called Apocalyptic Judgement, Turmoil was a thrash metal band that played in and around the San Francisco/Bay Area from around 1988 till 1991.

They disbanded shortly after releasing a four-song demo featuring bassist Ken Sorvari (ex-Autopsy).

Not to be confused with the Marysville, Washington metal band by the same name, who contributed the song "Living a Lie" to the 1988 Medusa ...
