Thecodontion is pronounced "Te-co-don-tee-on". The name comes from Thecodontia (from Ancient Greek, meaning "socket-teeth"), which is an obsolete taxonomic grouping, formerly used to describe a diverse group of reptiles, including the ancestors of dinosaurs and crocodilians, among others.
The band's music is made with no guitars.
