Steel Prophet formed in the mid-'80s in Middletown, Connecticut consisting of founding members Steve Kachinsky (g) & Gary Stocking (v). Harry Blackwell (d) came on board after borrowing a drumkit from his friend John Tarascio, who would ironically replace him after only a brief time. Wayne Faircloth (b) joined during that transition.
