Started in 2001 as Benighted, a side-project of two founding members of Italian seminal death metal act Hour of Penance, the band released a demo in 2002 entitled Nowhere to Hide and later changed its name to the present one, re-releasing the aforementioned demo with the new name. After their 2003 sophomore release D.ivine N.atural A.lien the project eventually split-up.
