Erik Rutan left Ripping Corpse to join Morbid Angel around 1993 to record Domination. Later that same year, Scott Hornick left Ripping Corpse to attend the Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts. The remaining members of Ripping Corpse split-up soon afterward and would later form Dim Mak.
