After Mel Ballard left the band in 1990 they changed their name to Din. In the mid-'90s veteran punk rock drummer Bennie Eidson joined the band, and their name became Big Twin Din, appearing on Metal Blade Records's Metal Massacre XII compilation with the track "Arizona Life".
