The name change to Incarnate Fear took place when the vocalist and one of the guitarists from the Tyrant's Reign line-up were replaced. This was a five-piece band, and the other guitarist's name isn't known. Tim Bolton and Ty Fornier were the drummer and bassist, though it's not yet clear which one of them played which instrument.
