I4NI was formed by Bobby Gustafson (pictured right) in either 1990 or 1991, following his departure from heavyweights Overkill. Their first New York gig was on Saturday, December 21st, 1991, with Meanstreak and Bomb Squad (the latter of which featured ex-Overkill drummer Rat Skates.
