Høst was originally named Hennes Siste Høst, which is Norwegian for "Her Last Autumn." They shortened the name in 2008 and prefer to simply be known as such.
Zander Ness was the sole writer and creator of Høst, performing all vocals and most of the instruments on the recordings.
