Funeral Mantra formed in October 2010 as a bunch of friends playing tribute to Black Sabbath, Spiritual Beggars, Kyuss and more groove based bands.
In 2011 the band started playing live as a Spiritual Beggars tribute act, later beginning to produce original material. In 2012 The band endured numerous line-up changes.
