FS was originally a solo project of Antti Kirjavainen for three years, but became a public band in summer 2011 when Timo Kirjavainen joined in. The band plays experimental death/doom metal with strong gothic influences. It takes influences from bands like My Dying Bride, Saturnus, Novembre, Katatonia and Swallow the Sun. Older ShamRain has also served as a major inspiration.
