The band developed out of "T.W.S.D", which was a collaboration between the two artists, "DJ Kackebager" and "DJ Arsch". They'd talked about releasing a split album tentatively titled "Eat Your Dog and Shit Your Brain", but such a release never took place. They'd then gone by T.W.S.T. for a period of time prior to deciding on the Enddarm moniker.
