In some interviews, Enomys described Dark Lunacy's style as "Dramatic Death Metal" mainly for the presence of violins, which give "a touch of dramatic and nostalgic" to everything.
"Dark Lunacy", still according to Enomys, "represents the "foolish" side of the human nature, possessed by every one of us but often kept hidden in the darkness".
