C.O.B.R.A. stood for "Conspiracy of Blackness and Relative Aftermath". The project was founded in 2008 by Antonio Bortone; at the time the band's name meant "Cobra Rise Again".
The name officially changed to Conspiracy of Blackness somewhere in 2018.
