First was started by Tim Dralle as Concussion in 1987 with Jerry Bizon and John Keener (both later in The Spudmonsters), Ian Shipley (Breaker) and Sinister drummer Steve Johnson. Ian left the band to return to Breaker, setting off several lineup changes and Concussion eventually evolving into Civil Disobedience ...
