Founded by Tim Owens, who wanted to record self-written material after his stints fronting Winters Bane, Judas Priest and Iced Earth. The project was created in March 2005 and a five-track demo was released a month later. They played their first live show at the BW&BK 6-Pack Weekend festival in Cleveland, U.S.A., on May 5th, 2005.
