Named after the band's vocalist surname/nickname: Igor "Anch" Anchipovskiy (Игорь "Анч" Анчиповский).

Formed in 1989, and the same year recorded their debut self-titled album. They had initially split up 2 years later, in 1991.

In 1996 the band's vocalist Igor "Anch" Anchipolovskiy was shot. In 1997 the remaining band's members reformed to play one memorial concert - with Zhan Sagadeev (E.S.T.
